Q. What is a limited edition art print?

A. Limited-edition art prints are reproductions of an original work of art that is signed and sequentially numbered by the artist. The total number of prints is fixed or limited by the artist or the publisher. 

 

Q. How does the sale of a limited-edition art print work?

 

A. Limited-edition art prints are rare and once a print is sold out, it is no longer available.

 

Q. My item arrived damage. What do I do?

 

A. If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to shop@garancedore.fr and we will assist in arranging an exchange or return. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item.

 

Q. When will my order arrive?

 

A. Orders are shipped within three (3) business days from the date you place your order. Please allow extra time for the processing and shipping of art prints. For shipping times by destination, please see our Customer Service page. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. Orders will appear as unfulfilled until you receive a tracking number.

 

Please note, during the holiday season, processing and shipping may take longer than three (3) days.

 

Q. Where is my international order?

 

A. Delivery for orders shipping outside of the USA may take up to 30 days due to international customs processing time. We will do our best to expedite the process but unfortunately customs procedures are beyond our control. If your package appears to be not moving, this is most likely an indication that it is still in customs.

 

Q. Why am I getting charged extra for my international order?

 

A. International shipping charges (all orders outside the U.S.) do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

Q. What if my order is a gift?

 

A. At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping.

 

Q. Do you offer framing options?

 

A. Yes! We offer framing on all of our art prints. Every frame is custom built by Framebridge using the highest-quality materials and is shipped to you with hardware, totally ready to hang. Framebridge uses solid wood mouldings with premium finishes, acid-free mats and foam core, and acrylic with UV protection and crafts every piece in the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

A. If you would like to cancel your order, you must email shop@garancedore.fr within 24 hours.
